Job Duties
Job Description: Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to collaborate with stakeholders and align, refine, and improve sales operations planning and execution. Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Analyze and interpret data to provide recommendations for addressing sales performance blockers. Develop and track performance of pipelines, scorecards, and sales plays. Ensure continuous improvement and change implementations that streamline and optimize the sales process. Identify and implement solutions that reduce redundancies, automate work, and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Sales Programs. Provide data driven insights to augment the adoption and integration of technologies and sales methodologies. May research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas, or gather information to drive sales operations. May gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution to evaluate sales performance metrics and improve future sales growth opportunities. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.
Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Software Engineering; Computer Engineering; Industrial Engineering; or other engineering related degree.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Six (6) years of experience in business development, customer development, sales, and/or managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools and/or policies.
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Requires education or experience in Statistical Analysis and Modeling, Statistics and probability; at least twenty-four (24) months of experience in Customer Segmentation Planning; at least forty-eight (48) months of experience in Business Strategy Planning, Power Bi, Machine Learning algorithms and technique: decision trees, random forests, and neural networks; and at least sixty (60) months of experience in Data Analysis and Interpretation.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (TSJASV17949) based in Redmond, WA is $183,581.00 to $213,581.00 .
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
