Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Develop account strategy and negotiation, promote commercial solutions, and improve customer satisfaction. Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas, or gather information to determine potential sales of Microsoft technologies or services. Evaluate consumer trends, competitor information, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Optimize opportunities that align with sales or return-on-investment (“ROI”) goals. Create business value propositions based on "the voice of the customer" that drive long-term value creation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that increase revenue. Promote a compliant and profitable digital transformation that strengthens the consumer relationship, maximizes portfolio growth, and optimizes marketing and distribution. Telecommuting permitted less than 50%/week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Experience: Two (2) years of experience in market analysis and go-to-market strategy development.
- Alternative Education and Experience Requirement: In lieu of Bachelor’s degree employer will accept two additional years of experience in market analysis and go-to-market strategy development.
- Specific Skills: Must include 24 months of experience in: Sales leadership; Sales enablement and marketing; and Program management; 12 months of experience in Microsoft Agreements and Product Licensing; and Investor and Finance Management; and 6 months of experience in D365 CRM; and Software asset management.

Pay Range and Benefits Information
The offered base pay range for this specific position (job code TSKCL18008), in Redmond, WA, is $171,318 to $201,318.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
