Maintain an existing portfolio of scalable Human Resources solutions. Evaluate business needs and competitive landscape to develop, support, or execute hiring plans. Screen, recruit, interview, or recommend the placement of workers. Develop, implement, or execute various talent programs to recruit and retain talent. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify talent needs and integrate talent solutions into other processes and HR plans. May develop processes to assess talent and forecast needs as well as manage candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle. Implement best practices and leverage data-driven recommendations regarding skills, opportunities, and solutions. Telecommute work permitted up to 100% from any location in mainland U.S.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications or related field.
- Experience: Sixty (60) months of technical talent acquisition and/or Human Resources professional experience in the IT industry.
- Alternative Requirements: In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer is willing to accept two (2) additional years of technical talent acquisition and/or Human Resources professional experience in the IT industry
- Specific Skill Requirements: This position also requires at least five (5) years of experience in: Candidate Attraction; Talent Sourcing; Operation Compliance and Excellence; Stakeholder/Client Engagement; End-to-End recruitment activities; Data Analysis & Hiring Plans; and Compensation and competitive analysis.
Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.

Pay Range and Benefits Information
The offered base pay range for this specific position (job code TSSKC18328a), based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $158,900 to $188,900.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others. U.S.-based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 10 scheduled paid holidays, and up to 80 hours Holistic Health Time Off. Additionally, hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid vacation time, and salaried/exempt employees have Discretionary Time Off (DTO).
