Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Manage project implementation, which may include resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, and training of technical development and product planning teams. Telecommuting permitted up to 100% from any location in the mainland U.S.
Minimum Requirements
- EDUCATION: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Technology Management, Telecommunications, or another quantitative/technology field.
- EXPERIENCE: Two years of technical-related, centralized, and coordinated program/project management experience or experience designing, developing, and releasing products or services utilizing a high-level programming language or hardware engineering development.
- SPECIFIC SKILLS: This position also requires one year of experience with Azure, Dynamics365, coordinating cross-functional and/or cross-team projects, and interfacing with stakeholders to troubleshoot and solve complex issues; and education or experience with data structures, Python, and computer hardware engineering.

Pay Range and Benefits Information
The offered base pay range for this specific position (job code TSBRP17213A), based in Redmond, Washington (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the mainland U.S.), is $136,150 to $166,150.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
