Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Telecommuting permitted less than 50%/week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.
Minimum Requirements
• Education: Master's or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.• Experience: 24 months of software-related, centralized and coordinated program, product, or project management experience and/or experience in designing, developing and releasing software products or services.• Special Skills: Education or Experience in: Program Management; Project Management; BI; Coordinating program development of computer software applications/systems/services from design through product release; Data Analytics and Data Visualization; PowerBI; and SQL and/or T-SQL.

Pay Range and Benefits Information
The offered base pay range for this specific position (V7801357.c), in Irving, TX, is $135,710 to $165,710 per year.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
