Responsibilities
- Coordinate and streamline regulatory, compliance and other new gaming legal requirements across various gaming business divisions, ensuring timely compliance, consistency and efficiency.
- Track team KPIs on regulatory implementation, outreach and policy initiatives , including by tracking milestones, deadlines and following up with cross-functional stakeholders, to improve organization, proactivity, project management and cross-functional communication with business partners for greater impact and business outcomes .
- Act as team point person working with technical experts on development of new tools and technology to help with process improvements.
- Support and manage special projects and various workstreams for legal department, including by tracking milestones, deadlines and following up with cross-functional stakeholders, to improve organization, proactivity, project management and cross-functional communication with business partners.
- L everage gaming legal team’s data to provide insight into legal operations and better inform decision-making.
- Act as team point person with other groups in the legal department that are focused on regulatory and compliance issues .
- Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations for senior management.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 2 years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2 years experience in project management
- Minimum of five years of experience in program management, as a paralegal, or in a similar role with a focus on organizational skills and process excellence .
- Understanding of legal processes and operations within the gaming industry is a plus.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using legal management software and tools or comparable software and tools in a related field .
- Self-starter with a bility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
