We are seeking a business leader to join our Procurement Solutions function, where you will lead procurement partnerships with business stakeholders within our HR organization. Procurement Solutions delivers impact by leveraging corporate supplier strategies to create a business-aligned, compliant supplier ecosystem.

The Group Manager Procurement Solutions will lead a team of Procurement Managers and partners with Human Resources ( HR) leadership to develop and execute a robust procurement plan that is aligned to both, the procurement and the business’s strategy and priorities. A successful Group Manager Procurement Solutions will focus on innovation and continuous improvement. This involves leveraging technology, such as Copilot and AI-supported tools, to suggest, develop, and enhance procurement processes, driving better decision-making while upskilling their team. Success in this role requires relationship management and cross-group collaboration. These skills are essential for influencing business decisions and achieving cost savings, while also adhering to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Procurement Managers responsible for managing an annual multi -million dollar indirect spend . This role involves establishing and leading the development of multi-year sourcing strategies and protocols for projects and purchasing opportunities in partnership with the HR org. 
• Integrate business specifications and sourcing strategies into supplier selection processes for strategic purchasing areas. 
• Lead cross-functional activities focused on negotiating contracts and costs across various strategic purchasing categories, including benefits, wellness, talent acquisition, HR services, Learning , and more. 
• Drive the execution of strategies for business engagements with corporate leadership, including the Office of the Chief People Officer ( OCPO ), finance and HR controllers and HR leadership. 
• Oversee supplier activities and ensure progress across strategic accounts and purchasing categories. Collaborate closely with the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) team to identify and capitalize on opportunities within key supplier engagements 
• Establish functional standards and set clear procurement performance expectations. This includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs), executing standardized processes and protocols, and ensuring compliance. Additionally, monitor and evaluate procurement activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement. 
• Negotiate and provide strategic oversight for improving Service Level Agreements (SLAs), defined milestones, deliverables, and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) .
• Lead partnerships with global HR stakeholders a nd suppliers to identify systematic business threats. 
  
  

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 7 years experience (including internships) in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations

• OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 5 years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
• OR equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in people management, including leading teams and developing talent. 
  
  

Sourcing and Category Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
