The Strategic Account Technology Specialist will Orchestrates global teams to gather information, collaborate on performance markers, and identify potential risks in customer accounts. Partners with customers and/or partners to provide innovative solutions in new industries, and to integrate Microsoft technology in their business. Leverages a strong knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy to address customer's needs. Acts as the voice of the customer and internal advocate across all levels of the organization. Provides analysis of overall customer needs for some of the largest and most complex accounts, and advises on gaps that would benefit from Microsoft solutions. Leads customer business transformations through digital transformation for assigned accounts. Partners with a line-of-business leader or senior executive within a large-scale or high-impact customer organization to articulate how complex Microsoft technology/services will meet future business needs better than the competition.
Responsibilities
Digital Transformation Strategy: Aligning technology with business processes, creating solution roadmaps, and enhancing security through Microsoft's Zero Trust narrative.
Customer Strategy Leadership: Managing relationships with C-level tech executives, leading account strategy envisioning workshops, and driving revenue through technology solutions.
Technology Sales Leadership: Leading technology sales efforts, orchestrating specialist resources, and ensuring alignment with customer priorities 1 .
Cross Solution Area Leadership: Creating thought leadership, influencing customer decisions, and driving new business opportunities across various solution areas.
The role requires collaboration with various business units and specialists, including executive sponsors, sales managers, and engineering team members. The core priorities for FY25 include customer technology strategy leadership, driving business growth, and fostering thought leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 5 years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 9 years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3 years experience in digital transformation or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
- 2 years experience in business consulting, consultative selling, or change management.
- 3 years experience leading technical, support, and/or partner teams.
