What are the responsibilities and job description for the Die Inspector position at Micross Logo?
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work from procedures, travelers, customer specification sheets, work orders, shop orders, production sheets, audit sheets, quality bulletins, die maps and sample requests.
- Verify microchip backing, mask ID, orientation, counts, labels, lids, trays, and clips.
- Manually view each die in lot and make determinations of compliance with required visual inspection criteria, removing die that arc rejected.
- Complete production sheets and travelers indicating dates, amounts, compliance and other required data.
- Replace rejected Wash and remove foreign material from die.
- Track finished die in computer.
- Audit trays of inspected die for compliance with requirements and complete audit sheets.
- Maintain written and practical inspection certifications.
- Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.
- Follow clean room and other environmental precautions and procedures as required.
- Must learn and be able to interpret Military specifications for internal visual inspection.
- Needs to be trained and certified to perform this job.
- Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.

Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of experience in inspection.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must pass training and certification requirements.
- Must pass vision examination.
