In addition, this position will also support metrology measurements, microscope inspections, and generation of final inspection reports. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in a wafer processing cleanroom environment, and be willing and eager to support continual improvement objectives. Continuously improve operational yield through deployment of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and SPC for inspection, assembly, and test operations. Improve and deploy the quality management system (QMS) and ensure compliance with requirements specified in QMS documentation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead root-cause analyses and implementation of corrective actions for process-related concerns
- Collect, analyze, present and disseminate data in support of process improvements and yield enhancement
- Provide technical assistance and support to manufacturing personnel and other departments, as needed
- Participate in a variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies

Job Qualifications:
- Associate, or B.S in physical science/technology/ engineering, or 3 years of cleanroom or semiconductor processing experience
- Experience operating/programming automated optical inspection equipment
- Experience with advanced packaging or semiconductor processing strongly preferred
- Experience working in a AS9100D or ISO9001 environment a significant plus
- Experience within the military/aerospace industry (or other highly regulated industry) a plus
- Knowledge of MIL-Specs/Stds a plus
