Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue by soliciting and booking orders
- Communicate with prospective customers to understand and interpret technical requirements and explain types of products provided by Company.
- Work with the Sales organization to develop new customers as Growth customers.
- Work with the Sales Support team to amend orders as required; validate delivery schedules and shipment methods, and support any customer support requested in the processing of the order.
- Confer with customers to verify satisfaction with product or to resolve any complaints and concerns.
- Respond to inquiries providing information related to products, pricing, delivery and availability.
- Take a leadership role in managing field resources in territory
- Collaborate with Sales Management to develop a standard set of sales reports and queries utilizing the Power BI Reports
- Take a leadership role in training and mentoring new sales representatives
- Work with Sales management to develop, implement and debug new procedures, systems and best practices
- Collaborate with customer and sales management on strategic accounts and opportunities

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of years (5) years selling microelectronic products to OEM customers
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Due to export control rules, must be a US citizen.
- Positive, “can do” approach
