Job Description
Your Role : We are seeking an experienced and driven BI Software Sales Director with a strong hunter mindset and a deep interest in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency markets. In this role, you will lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on driving new business opportunities for our Business Intelligence software solutions. You will be responsible for building and leading a team of greenfield sales executives and guiding your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Your Focus :
Leadership & Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team, and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure success.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance the team’s skills in prospecting, solution selling, and closing deals.
