Overview
Assist the Government Hand Receipt Holder with the schedule of events to determine level of support and work schedules required. Shall maintain and prepare necessary accounting and supply documents, custody records, performs reconciliations using Installation Property Spreadsheet. Maintain database of various types of files to include Loss, Inventory, Receipts and Disposition Reports. Shall assist in receiving, inspecting, storing, preparing, shipping and disposal of supplies related to Army Enterprise Classroom Program operations. Responsible for inventory management of decentralized and decontrolled items, including supplies, targetry, equipment, and materials. Systems presently consisting of 3800 trainer (desktops/laptop type) computers, /-10% 3600 Mobile Laptops, /- 10% 70 servers, /-10P switches, /-10% 335 Printers, /-10% 459 Audio Visual Racks, /-10% 968 projectors and /- 10% 419 flat panel wall display monitors.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Equivalent discipline a plus.
- A certification for Information Assurance Technical Level I (IAT-I) or higher highly desired
- Must be comfortable working within a dynamic work environment
- Should have the ability to self-organize and coordinate resources as needed to complete tasks.
- Prior experience supporting DoD and/or Federal government customers a plus.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication abilities
