Machine Operator (3rd Shift 12:00am-8:30am)

• MicroTek Finishing is currently seeking a responsible candidate to operate our proprietary MMP machines. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and basic computer skills (primarily e-mail and data entry). Candidate MUST be able to follow written instructions on job travelers.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

· Work with common hand tools.

· Load and unload parts from MMP machines.

· Must pay close attention to detail to ensure delicate parts are not damaged.

· Must be able to successfully set up machines and run machines as indicated on job traveler.

· Detailed inspection of parts and fixtures.

· Able to run and maintain a set number of machines per shift.

· Maintain 100% accurate work records and sign offs on job travelers.

Requirements:

· Good mechanical aptitude and ability to work with common hand tools.

· Read, understand, and follow written instructions.

· Accurately record work steps performed on job travelers.

· Ability to use standard measuring tools (Calipers, Tape Measures)

· Candidate must be a team player.

· Able to run and maintain a set number of machines per shift after training.

· Must be self-directing with ability to work autonomously.

· Strive to continuously improve performance.

· Hold yourself accountable for the success of the company.

· Adherence to Employee Handbook, Safety, Quality Procedures and COVID Safety Requirements is MANDATORY

· Maintain a strict attendance policy.
