Job Title : IT HR Project Manager
Job Location : Rosemont, IL (Hybrid : 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Job Duration : 6 months
Job Description :
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for full lifecycle management of key projects and programs within client accounts. You will ensure adherence to industry-wide andclient-specific best practices, to best-in-class delivery quality, and to proactive management of project profitability. You will support and champion broader engagement within select enterprise accounts to expand the impact of project outcomes, to grow customer relationships, and to encourage future business. You walk the walk for your PMO and Professional Services peers, modeling a relentless commitment to elite, thorough, and intuitive program management and consulting skills.
Owns management responsibilities for smaller scale and/or standardized initiatives, including the planning and oversight of scope execution.
Supports Project Managers and/or Technical Leads in larger scale initiatives via task coordination, project reporting, project documentation, and meeting scribe.
Tracks status of project tasks, schedules, and milestones, and provides relevant updates to the project team.
Handles administrative tasks as necessary on internal and client projects to keep individual contributors focused on production work.
Serves as application SME and administrative owner for internal time, resource, and invoice management system
Fosters communication and transparency amongst all teams involved in the delivery of projects, including clients.
Supports management of client resource pool, internal time/invoicing systems, and of PMO/DevOps-related initiatives.
