Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone systems and online platforms.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Perform night audit duties as required to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Assist multilingual guests by providing support in their preferred language when possible.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality management.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
- Previous experience in hotel or resort environments is preferred.
