As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
