Job Description:
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham is seeking a full-time, experienced Front Desk Clerk Night Auditor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and the ability to lead and manage the front desk. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and managing guest reservations. This position will also be responsible for assisting guests with any questions or concerns that may arise during their stay.
A Night Auditor is responsible for verifying that all revenue and expenses were claimed, preparing reports for the next day's work, including reconciling accounts at a high level of detail. They'll also check room rates to ensure accuracy before reporting them on opening night.
Essential Functions:
·Provide exceptional customer service
·Manage the front desk, including answering phones, reservations, and issuing room keys to guests
·Provide information about room rates, payment methods, and available amenities to guests upon arrival
·Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
·Maintain accurate records of all incoming calls and respond in a timely manner to all messages sent via email, or by phone
·Maintain confidentiality of all guest information as well as protect against the use of that information for unauthorized purposes
·Maintain adherence to all hotel policies and procedures including but not limited to check-in/check-out procedures, guest privacy requirements, safety requirements, food/alcohol service procedures, emergency procedures, cleaning procedures, and media services procedures.
·Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role preferred.
- Must be able to work evenings/weekends (Weekends are required)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
