What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant position at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham?
SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Set up and Tear down of breakfast
· Maintain the full stock of food, coffee and juice.
· Empty trashcans and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
· Responsible for keeping your area stocked with the needed rags and chemicals to maintain cleanliness
· Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, using brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines
· Dust and polish furniture and equipment before, during, and after breakfast.
· Keep the Kitchen clean and organized along with storage area's for
· Polish silver accessories and metalwork such as fixtures and fittings
· Remove debris from walkways, doorways, etc...
· Replenish supplies such as drinking cups, plates, napkins, forks, spoons, knifes, etc...
· Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary
· Notify maintenance if anything is damaged and needs repaired.
· Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers
· Move and arrange furniture
· Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors
· Simultaneously manage several projects to completion
· Must report to work daily as scheduled
