We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction within our establishment. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels while controlling costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness or housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends in housekeeping management and implement best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar role is required.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, floor care, and custodial practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in training and developing staff.
- A commitment to providing outstanding hospitality service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
