Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for upholding high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas, contributing to the overall hospitality experience.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all bedding is fresh and clean.
• Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed.
• Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in hospitality or hotel operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
