Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient check-in and check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.
• Manage phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

Experience

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for effective communication with guests.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems will be advantageous.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

• Monday to Friday
