- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus for interacting with international guests
