Housekeeper/Laundry
Duties:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities
- Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Follow established cleaning procedures to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
- Handle dry cleaning requests from guests
Skills:
- Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff members
