Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise during the night.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours, including monitoring surveillance systems.
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
