As a Production Team Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. Your responsibilities will include:
Job Description
- Providing work direction to and monitoring the performance of all operators in the department
- Assisting the Supervisor with day-to-day production issues, including staffing needs, material availability, and equipment status
- Coordinating product flow and organization in the production line
- FOLLOWING AND ENFORCING ALL RELATED QUALITY, COMPLIANCE, AND COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of clean room procedures
- Minimum 6 years manufacturing experience, preferably in Medical Device Assembly
- Some level of experience in leading teams is required
