Job Description
Responsible for Procurement data analytics to support Supply Chain System locally and globally. Play a critical role in performing data review and analysis to provide support for data-driven decision-making process in business. Job duties :
- Collaborate with various functions and leverage analytical tools to resolve procurement operational issues by extracting data from SAP, reviewing data, troubleshooting, and identifying root cause, and perform risk analysis using Excel and / or Power BI (advanced to expert level required).
- Create dynamic reports and data visualization by collating data from multiple sources.
- Work directly with internal business partners to ensure business reports are maintained and updated with latest data and perform analysis and validation of reports to support business needs.
- Review and analyze complex data situations, identify patterns and trends, and detect issues without supervision.
- Support process improvements within supply chain by driving task automation.
- Perform analysis and validation of reports to support data maintenance.
- Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
