Summary

To support the operations of our credit union clients through performing back-office tasks related to clients’ member accounts. This individual will be the primary liaison between our credit union clients and MiCUSO

Duties

• Process exceptions and returns for ACH transactions and checks pertaining to member accounts
• Ensure timely posting of wires, remote deposit, insurance payments, and dealer reserves based on assigned credit unions
• Monitor assigned email inboxes, phones, messaging channels, and intranets for associated credit union communication
• Ensure invoices and other expense items are saved for timely processing by the accounting team
• Cutting checks and/or sending out ACH invoice payments
• Answer member questions, whether directly or indirectly through credit union staff
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, but not required.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
