Mid-Am is looking for dependable and motivated Forklift Operators to load outbound trucks and stock inbound merchandise in our BRAND-NEW state of the art facility in Mt. Plesant, Iowa. Candidates will work Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Unloads materials from our customers and suppliers trucks.
- Put away or stock inbound materials.
- Pulls customers orders from inventory on hand.
- Load company and customer vehicles with outbound materials.
- Safely operate a forklift to assist in handling of materials.
- Sweep and clean warehouse and pick up trash.
- Observe all safety rules: (i.e. safety glasses, ear plugs, Lock Out/Tag Out, etc.).
- Assist in counting inventory.
- Checks in merchandise from receiving documentation.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to read and write.
- Must be able to pass forklift qualifications, training provided.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of building materials is a plus.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 100 pounds frequently.
Experience: Knowledge of building materials a plus.
