Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing hotel operations, including occupancy rates and revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and process payments as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Assist with any emergency situations that may arise during the night shift.
- Uphold hotel standards in cleanliness and presentation throughout the lobby and front desk area.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service within the hospitality industry; previous hotel management or night audit experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and guest services.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
- Proficient in using hotel management software; familiarity with accounting principles is advantageous.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
