Mid-America Publishing, a family-owned publishing company based in Hampton, Iowa would like to announce an opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Hampton office. This is a full-time position with benefits on a M-F schedule.
The Custom Print Customer Service Representative will oversee printing operations including quoting, job management, invoicing, supply requisition, jobbing, cutting, binding and packaging. Experience with Adobe, digital printing, and quoting. Salary commensurate with experience.
Mid-America Publishing offers custom print services and is a publisher of community newspapers, employing 65 Iowans across the state.
