We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator to join our Investment Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining visual storytelling with strategic marketing. The ideal candidate will bring robust design skills, a passion for branding, and a sharp eye for creating polished marketing content that elevates property listings and engages potential investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design offering memorandums, flyers, and marketing packages for real estate assets
- Build custom branding for properties, including logos, color palettes, and visual identity systems
- Support light image editing and layout adjustments across multiple media formats
- Develop and schedule social media content to promote listings and company activity
- Produce clean, visually compelling presentations and proposals for client pitches
- Assist with property-related content updates to digital platforms as needed
- Draft and design email campaigns to market active listings and recent closings
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Experience with Canva for quick-turn design needs
- Exceptional eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Organized, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to take direction and run with it
- Degree required; emphasis in graphic design, marketing, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with Mailchimp is a plus
- Familiarity with commercial real estate is a plus, but not required

Work Environment:
This role is based out of our Milwaukee office. After a period of demonstrated performance, the team may offer the option to work remotely up to two days per week. This role reports directly to the Investment Sales team and works closely with brokers and senior staff.
