Job Description:
We’re currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Vice President to lead our Southwest Teams in Texas. This leadership role is key to driving operational excellence, strengthening client relations, and ensuring the success of our teams. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales and operations, who will drive growth, enhance team performance, and ensure operational excellence in our expanding markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial skills, leadership expertise, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with both clients and employees while embodying our organization’s core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direction and oversight to Sales and Operations teams, ensuring alignment with regional and corporate objectives
Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective account management, operational efficiency, and business development initiatives
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
Oversee staffing, training, and compliance with all safety and quality standards
Manage budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with company KPIs
Lead and mentor regional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in alignment with our core values
Promote industry-leading craftsmanship, setting high standards for quality and innovation
Strengthen and enhance company culture, creating an environment that values teamwork, synergy, and employee empowerment
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Operations within the services industry
Minimum 3 years in a management role
Strong financial skills with experience in budget management and KPIs
Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Suite and ERP systems
Deep understanding of the restoration and service industry preferred
Ability to align teams with company culture and drive process adherence
Primarily weekdays, with flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance, valid driver’s license, and an insurable driving record
Ability to travel regionally and nationally as needed
Compensation Benefits:
Competitive base salary of $140,000 with eligibility for performance-based uncapped quarterly bonus.
