The Position
The Manager, Regional Operations is responsible for the leadership of the regional Family Support and Hospital Services teams, to ensure processes and protocols are in place to meet donor family, hospital partner and key stakeholder expectations, in order to ensure we maximize organ and tissue donation.

The Position
The Manager, Regional Operations is responsible for the leadership of the regional Family Support and Hospital Services teams, to ensure processes and protocols are in place to meet donor family, hospital partner and key stakeholder expectations, in order to ensure we maximize organ and tissue donation.
What You’ll Do
Operational Management
- Daily management and operational oversite for the Family Support and Hospital Services teams
- Develop and maintain the team to achieve effective, collaborative relationships with key hospital contacts at all levels including nurses, hospital leaders, and physicians
- Effective communication with team members, hospital partners, and donor families, ensuring exceptional customer service and support
- Provides real time authorization coaching (AC) throughout authorization process and leads post donation conversation debriefing to review approach process.
- Regular travel to the St. Louis office for leadership meetings and training
- Oversee daily referral and case activity and responds onsite in real-time when appropriate
- Utilize feedback from customer/partner surveys to improve performance.
- Oversee Nurse Advocates and ensure they understand and perform their job responsibilities and duties that support our mission
- Outline processes, identify, and implement action items to improve performance
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability within the team, promoting a positive work environment and strong employee engagement
- Build a winning team who are inspired and motivated to be on the team, ensuring that each member does their part through strong performance management
- Provides formal and informal coaching to team members to enhance relationships, education, and essential skills for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare related field or equivalent work experience required
- 2 years of leadership experience with direct people management experience required
- Prior ICU RN Experience, OPO Clinical, Hospital Support, Hospital Leadership experience preferred
- Skill in establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external contacts
- Skill in excellent customer service, both internal and external
