Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you’ll handle:
- Patient care coordination, including managing clinical schedules, care plans, and paperwork.
- Checking patients in and out and ensuring seamless routing for patients and doctors.
- Answering phones and providing outstanding customer service.
- Supporting the team in delivering exceptional chiropractic care.
What We’re Looking For:
- EMR/EHR, medical office, and customer service experience are required.
- Bonus points for experience with marketing, social media, or fluency in additional languages (including ASL).
