We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of our commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Maintain project schedules and monitor progress.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- OSHA certification is preferred.
