What You Can Expect :
- Evaluate and manage patients with neurological disorders requiring physical medicine and rehabilitation services, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other neurodegenerative conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans involving therapeutic modalities to enhance function and facilitate community reintegration.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other physicians within the Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic Region.
- Review and make recommendations to improve quality and timeliness of external neurorehabilitation services across the continuum of care.
This role involves working within an integrated, multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, with a focus on improving functional outcomes and quality of life.

The starting annual salary for this position is $275,000 which considers an applicants skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
Effective July 1, 2025, the starting annual salary for this position will increase to $290,000.
