In collaboration with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we provide high-quality, patient-centered health care. Through this partnership, our physicians are part of an industry-leading health care delivery model, having access to advanced technological tools and receiving comprehensive practice support.
MAPMG physicians work without the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-services. Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, thus allowing you to treat the whole patient.
What You Can Expect :
Non-Traditional outpatient urgent / emergent medicine Opportunities
- Direct patient care from our Emergency and Family Medicine Physicians
- Observation Units staffed by our hospitalist teams
- Collaborative mixed-specialty department, comprised of emergency medicine, family medicine, and hospitalist physicians working together and learning from each other
- 8-10 hour shifts
- Advanced Urgent Care or Urgent Care settings
- Limited overnight coverage
- No Behavioral Health Observation

The starting hourly rate for this position is $175.00 per hour which considers an applicants skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
