MAPMG physicians are salaried, without the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-services. Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, thus allowing you to treat the whole patient.

What You Can Expect :

This position is listed as a 0.8FTE, which is the equivalent of 32 hours per week and is reflected in the salary listed below.

Provide primary care for patients in your community.

Staff clinical sessions at medical centers during clinic hours of 8a-5pm, with approximately 4 to 4 ½ working hours per clinical session.

Work a consistent schedule of either 3 or 4 days in clinic and enjoy either one full day OR two ½ days off.

No weekend work, no call schedule, no rotations.

Daily dedicated admin time.

Document visit notes and post-visit summaries in EPIC EMR.

Treat patients in clinic via in-person, video, and phone appointments.

MD or DO.

Board Certified or Eligible.

Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.

Fluency in Spanish & English preferred.

The starting annual salary for this position is $240,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
