POSITION SUMMARY
Mid-Atlantic Resource Services Inc is looking for a Contract Coordinator of Community Services for Referrals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with their contemporaries in other organizations, wit the goal of securing referrals for DDA services on behalf of Mid-Atlantic Resource Services Inc .
This role requires strong leadership skills & experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically under the DDA waiver programs.
The right candidate will have the ability to network with, and experience dealing with, members of the CCS community.
Candidates with extensive experience in CCS roles will be given priority consideration.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: .
Secure referrals for DDA Services by networking and liaising with members of the CCS community
Arrange and attend referrals meetings, negotiate the terms of service for the referral in order to secure the most favorable terms for Mid-Atlantic Resource Services Inc.
Ensure that all Person-Centered Plans are accurate and implemented correctly
Write outcomes, goals, and strategies as part of the Person-Centered Planning process and ensure that progress is being made toward the achievement of those outcomes, goals, and strategies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
At least 5 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Three (3) years of which should be in the role of Program Manager
Strong networking skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Must have excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
WORKING CONDITION:
Fully Remote
A Maryland driver's license is required, and an approved clean driving record is necessary.
Must have and use a personal car to conduct the agency business. (mileage reimbursed)
Criminal Background Check will be required
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS
TBD Compensation for completion of full suite of documents (SIP, DSAT, PSS) payable on approval of service
TBD: Referral fee for each successful referral after a pre-defined period of service delivery
