The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for assisting the panel and trim operators, loading and unloading machines, and supporting the warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has prior manufacturing experience, and a team player attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with and learn how to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery.
- Support the management of workload based on factors like space, schedule, material availability, and material specifications (thickness/color/profile).
- Learn to operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts and electronic equipment, under supervision, to load and unload materials.
- Follow and learn standard operating procedures for packaging and loading products.
- Oversee the rotation of inventory within the warehouse by preparing shipments, stage and verify incoming material, and use powered industrial equipment (forklift, hand-crane, pallet jack, shrink wrap machine, etc.).
- Load and unload goods to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles in an organized and efficient manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma/GED required
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience
- MUST be a team player
- Willingness to learn
- Must pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug test
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. at a time
