What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Laborers position at MID-ATLANTIC SOLUTIONS, LLC?
4 Farmwrkrs with Jason Lovas, 448 Hwy 81 SE, Hillsboro, ND 58045 & work sites within Norman (MN), Cass (ND) & Traill (ND) counties. Plant, cultivate, harvest crops. Use tools, including shovels, hoes & knives. Spread / clean plastic / ground cover. Prep ground, till, weed, thin, prune, stake / tie, trellis & transplant plants. Pick, cut, lift, or pull crops. Grade, size & field pack prod. Apply pesticides, etc. Assist with farm building and field maint. & repairs. Drive vehicles. Employer paid drug test required (random, post-accident, upon sus). Lift / carry 60 lbs. Must have / obtain drivers license within 30 days of hire.
