We are actively seeking a passionate, competitive, and coachable individual to join our team as an Orthopedic Medical Device Representative (Technology Consultant) in the Parkersburg, WV/Marietta, OH area.
As an Arthrex Technology Consultant, you'll help fulfill Arthrex’s mission of “Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better.” You’ll support procedures in the OR, provide technical expertise, and act as a trusted resource to orthopedic surgeons.
You’ll also engage in non-clinical sales development activities and contribute to the operational success of your territory. Our comprehensive training includes wet labs, anatomy, biomechanics, product design, and intraoperative problem-solving — preparing you for a long-term, successful career in medical device sales.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support orthopedic procedures and provide in-field technical expertise
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, staff, and decision-makers
- Drive territory performance through education, service, and sales activity
- Introduce new products and cross-sell across the Arthrex portfolio
- Attend after-hours educational events, team meetings, and industry functions
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B, medical, or technical sales preferred
- Former athletes often thrive in this competitive, performance-driven environment
- Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
- Self-starter who’s confident, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
