Location: South Carolina (Must reside in the state or be willing to relocate).
Travel Requirements: 50% or less, with most travel being day trips within a few hours. Some overnight stays may be necessary. The company covers all travel expenses and provides a truck and all necessary gear for inspections. There will also be travel requirements to Virginia where the company is headquartered. Once a team is built, there will be less travel requirements.

What You'll Do:
- Assist in the design, analysis, and rehabilitation of bridges and other structures.
- Conduct structural assessments and bridge inspections to identify maintenance and rehabilitation needs.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop innovative solutions and ensure compliance with AASHTO and DOT standards.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and government agencies to deliver high-quality projects.
- Prepare reports, technical documents, and cost estimates.
- Travel within South Carolina and to Virginia for inspections and project meetings, with all expenses covered.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 7 years of experience in bridge design, analysis, and/or inspection.
- EIT certification required; PE license preferred or actively working towards it.
- Experience with structural engineering software (AutoCAD, SAP2000, MIDAS Civil, LARSA 4D).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
