JOB SUMMARY:
The Foreman position must have the ability to manage employees, plan assignments, and schedule work to routinely meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements while utilizing safe work practices. A Foreman must be able to analyze situations and adjust actions or direction to employees accordingly. They must work effectively with interfacing departments as well as with customers and suppliers.
Must have PIPELINE experience!

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Promote a safe, organized, and pleasant work environment within his/her area of responsibility.

3. Comply with all governmental, state, and local safety regulations as well as all company policies and rules.
4. Establish and promote an environment of mutual respect and teamwork with all employees.

6. Attend safety meetings and area-related meetings.
7. Schedule a working timeline of manpower, equipment, work, and supplies needed before the job begins.
8. Monitor and manage production schedules and outputtoo complete jobs to meet customer requirements and comply with budgetary constraints.
9. Participate in the implementation of lean efforts to reduce costs and improve deliveries by suggesting process improvements and cost reduction ideas.
10. Assure production of quality products that meet scheduled completion dates for all in-house production.
11. The Foreman is responsible for change orders for work that is outside of the scope of the job.
12. Responsible for the as-built drawing after the job is complete
13. Responsible for time keeping and billing
14. Collaborate with the project manager for compliance with job scope and customer contact.
15. Assist the crew with some of the manual labor in the field.
JOB SUMMARY:
Area supervisor of construction or maintenance personnel with ten plus years of Experience supervising crews. The number of individuals supervised may range from three directly to 150 (indirectly). Direct reports may be Foreman and Schedulers. Most of the field personnel are organized in crews. Each crew normally includes a welder, crew pusher, helper and often a crane operator. The Superintendent occasionally conducts job-site audits, makes on-site decisions and critical analysis. They are on-call 24 hours a day and must respond to emergencies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Is accountable for all crew on location.
2. May assist crews as necessary, in order to perform a job efficiently and safely, and utilize scope and risk management tools.
3 Conducts safety work and performs behavior-based safety audits, understands and follows work schedulel, understands mechanical drawings and constructability analysis.
4. Interfaces with the customer to ensure expectations are met.
5. Completes all associated paperwork promptly.
6. Utilizes CPI tools to reduce job costs and KSI’s cost of doing business.
7. Effectively communicates with employees and customers.
8. Effectively resolves conflict and takes appropriate personnel actions.
9. Shares best practices with co-workers and customers.
10. Utilizes the KSI Project Management Process.
11. Documents and shares key project learnings with the customer, other foremen, and management.
12. Attends customer meetings, assisting with estimating, cost control, resources loading, project performance, and improvement.
13. Manages resource utilization (people, tools, and equipment).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
