Busy, local company is looking to add a General Office / Data Entry Clerk to work directly with customers, sales and shipping and receiving! The job functions will be processing weekly orders, check in drivers for pick up or delivery, data entry of delivery tickets, match and reconcile customer tickets, complete delivery documentation, verify all work orders, notify and update customers about delivery changes or discrepancies, generate new delivery tickets, input of purchase orders, scan and upload safety data sheets, print shipping labels, process outgoing mail and various clerical duties.
This is a temp to hire, long term / full time position for a great company in Bakersfield, CA. The hours are Monday thru Thursday 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. and Friday 7 : 00 a.m. to 12 : 00 p.m. Company offers an excellent benefit package and a 401k retirement plan with up to a 4% match!
Hourly rate is $21.00 per hour
Requirements :
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
Experience in accounting software or Sage 100 (helpful)
Strong data entry skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask daily
