Key responsibilities of sales and safety :
Customer engagement :
Building relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their safety concerns and identifying areas for improvement. Training H2S Clear, Safeland, and related certification classes.
Product knowledge :
Possessing an in-depth knowledge of staffing and safety practices, including applications, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Sales presentations :
Demonstrating staffing knowledge and services to clients, tailoring presentations to their specific needs and industry standards.
Site assessments :
Conducting on-site inspections of customer facilities to identify potential safety hazards and recommend appropriate solutions.
Compliance advice :
Guiding safety regulations and best practices to ensure customers meet industry standards.
Quotation and proposal development :
Creating customized quotes and proposals for staffing and services based on client requirements.
Lead generation :
Identifying new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Account management :
Maintaining relationships with existing clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their continued satisfaction.
