Project Manager - Data Center Electrical Construction

Project Managers at Mid-City Electric provide leadership over electrical construction projects at some of the most sought-after job sites in central Ohio. They are successful at delivering results on time and within budget. They work with various internal and external personnel, establishing strong professional relationships while maintaining high communication standards. This role will be responsible for managing commercial electrical projects ranging from $500,000 to $5,000,000 in size and scope. At this time, we need an experienced project manager who has worked on data center construction.

Successful Project Managers Have Experience:

• Previous data center construction experience
• Preparing bids and estimates
• Securing profitable work
• Maintaining strong, positive relationships
• Establishing project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Maintaining high levels of communication with all parties involved in projects
• Preparing contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
• Requisitioning needed supplies and materials
• Maintaining safe job sites and encouraging safe work practices

Key Experience Needed to Hit the Ground Running:

• Demonstrated experience in a project management role
• Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar field

• The pay range is $95,000 to $120,000, depending on knowledge, experience, and skill set. Annual bonus potential is based on company performance and individual goal completion.
