We are seeking an Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Maintain and expand a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop long-term positive relationships with clients
- Communicate directly with customers in person, via phone, and email
- Act as the main point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Resolve issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Report weekly on the status of accounts and transactions
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Must possess excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Ability to work successfully with a variety of people and personalities
Nice to have:
- business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Preferred Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related discipline
- Previous experience in the promotional products and apparel industry
- Adobe Illustrator experience
