Job Title: Family Services Advocate
Location: Sumner Co.
Type: Full-time, 11-month, M-F

What You’ll Do
1. Assists, referrals, resources, workshops, trainings, and follow-up for enrolled families
2. Facilitates, and provides assistance and guidance to Parent Committee
3. Provides leadership and volunteer opportunities for parents and community
4. Completes, monitors and follows up on Family Partnership Agreements on enrolled families, identifying family needs
5. Maintains a current directory of community resources; is knowledgeable of local social service agencies and services they provide.
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Family Relations or related field.
· SSCBT or equivalent certification and a minimum of four years’ experience in social service or early childhood education.
· Previous work with families in the area of social services.
